WHY WAS MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DECLINED?
1. Please try to pay using a different card if you have one.
2. To find out why your card was declined in the first place, just contact your bank. They should be able to help.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
You should head to your account. If you ordered and paid online, check your RECENT ORDERS in Your Account. Here, you'll be able to see the delivery date as well as live updates on your progress.
CAN I ADD SOMETHING TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately you can not. If you'd like to buy new items, you'll need to place a new order.
CAN I RETURN AND GET A REFUND?
Yes, you can return an item and you can get a refund back if the product and anything that comes with it is not damage and the box can be resealed. You can take it to any Mckee's store and get a refund back in 5-7 working days if you paid online but if you paid cash, you can get it instantly.
